ordered Online t.v was instock in Grand Island but WAS NOT,, got billed anyway, due to G.I store not reporting correctly to the company.. was encouraged to Reorder over the phone direct via the store,, card declined and LOCKED cause of Duplicate billing.. first order was never canceled by the company even though product Not available... called the store in G.I talked to "LYNETT" management team memember,, totaly RUDE,, totaly UNPROFESSIONAL,, didn't identify hereself as a manager,,even rasied her voice on the phone,, NEVER EVER, be so Foolish to trust this bussiness and manager's like Lynett.. you will find out first hand it was a Mistake, and this NOT a bussiness you want closer,, the further the better.. shop at Small privately owned place's that CARE and Employ Professional Management, not people like I had to deal with.

Best Buy Duplicate Bills on C.cards,, causing a new account to get locked down.. you never Actually get ANY MERCHANDISE.. just billed twice..



then you call the store in Grand Island Ne. to talk to what is "supose" to be an Intelligent PROFESSIONAL" manager.. like the person I spoke with " LYNETT",, totaly Inept..!!.. asked no order info,, order # etc.. was UNprofessional,, did not identify herself as a manager, Until was asked,, was RUDE.. and even raised her voice.. ontop of accusing Me of submitting the order twice, when recomended by guess who her Store.. teenagers working the drive-through at a fast food resturant have more customer skills than this "person",, show's how much Best Buy care's about customers to employ this "type" of individual..



Total lack of Compitence, and Professionalism,, on what is supose to be a "manager",, Guess again.. the company is even too ashamed to reply after contacting them. you want a BAD experience,, Best Buy is it,, you want a Total Unprofessional Management team memeber to help you,, Check with Best Buy in Grand Island Ne.. and ask for "LYNETT".. you will have all of the above

I wish we had a Best Buy like this closer to home. They have just about every possible electronical item you could be looking for. That said, it many many different varieties and options as well.
