Very friendly. Had some bad stains on the carpet, got them completely out. Carpet was dry within two hours. Will definitely call this company for all my carpet and upholstery cleaning in the future.

I had ARC out to clean my carpets. They came when they said they would. I had doubts when I didn't see hoses being unloaded from their truck. I have tan carpets. I also have two big black dogs. I vacuum my carpet twice a week, but it NEEDED cleaning. When I've had the carpet cleaned previously by another company, it was so clean you couldn't see where the "clean spots" under the coffee table and where the dog beds were...because ALL the carpet looked clean. This time...that wasn't the case. Another concern was the chemicals they used. They cautioned me not to let my dogs on the carpet until it had dried THE NEXT DAY. He wanted me to feel how dry the carpet was, so I slipped off my shoes and walked on it. The soles of my feet burned. No wonder they want paid when they finish. I paid them because the son worked for a couple of hours, but I didn't pay them for cleaning my carpet. I have another appointment set up in three days with a company that uses steam cleaning to CLEAN my carpet.
