My name is Polly Stillson. I had called your office, to have you replace a vanity sink with a pedestal sink in a bathroom, at my daughter house. I explained Very Clearly what needed to be done...replace a vanity sink with a pedestal sink- simple- but apparently you weren't told what needed to be installed, because you arrived, you looked at her sink, you said "this will take longer more than I thought..backer board has to be used...pipes have to be moved...pedistal sinks aren't safe for little children anyway...we'll have to come back at another time..." and then charged her $75.00!!! Nice racket you have going on...show up to do a job, play the "I can't do this work today..." and charge big money for showing up. I was willing to pay $300.00 to have this work done for my daughter. I wonder if you would have been "prepared" for real work if a man were standing there with my daughter. By the way, I installed her pedestal sink myself...in 3 hours.
