I don't know what these other people writing reviews are talking about but on several occasions i was treated worse than a leper getting no service no courtesy and no respect. The only reason I went there again was because of the vast amount of cars they have but it doesn't matter if I call on the phone they say they will check and call back but don't or if I am standing right in front of them and they say they have 4 vehicles to look at for my parts they don't go look and ignore you even if you stand right in front of their face so they can take all of their precious parts and choke on them. With all those parts they never wanted to sell me one and now never will.

Great Customer Service. The junk yard is HUGE! The guy there said over 12000 cars! Worth every penny!

Takes a lot of rings before they finally answer the phone. They are only semi-grumpy, unlike most auto salvage yards. The guy I talked to answered all my questions like he really cared about giving me correct and complete information. I was on hold for maybe 30 seconds when he needed to check their inventory to see if they had the item I was looking for. The price of the item is a little higher than I expected, but not outragous.Previous times dealing with them were about the same. They seemed to want the customer to have a good experience. The prices were a little high, but we're in North Dakota, they don't have a lot of compitition.
