Do not buy appliances from Sears. We bought a washer and dryer, and they first told us it would come with all necessary parts. When it didn't, we had to go to a different store to get the installation parts because they didn't even have them. Then they said the installation company would have to come later to install the washer and dryer (it had been two weeks by this point). When they never came, they promised that they would come four days later. And then they delayed it another TEN days. They are the most incompetent people I've ever had the displeasure of working with.
