The park doesn't like to sell homes apparently my sister has plenty of money to pay cash and i was told by Jennifer the manager that corporate didn't want to sell homes as is and only wanted to remodel them.
And I wish I wouldn't have wasted my sister's time.

If you ever come acrooss Tudor Estates please go in the opposite direction. This is by far the worst place I have lived. We paid 3000 dollars plus first months lot rent and not even a week after we move in our bathtub breaks because the park employees left the skirting off during a bad snow storm and it messed up the tub. The woman in charge of this park tried saying my 2 year old broke it...they are now trying to evict us because of a water bill and the cost of the tub. They didn't even give us a bill. These people will rip you off! Please do not move here. They are Lazy and very rude

I lived in the park for 15 yea...

I lived in the park for 15 years. When I first moved in the park it was so great. People took care of their lawns and the office people were doing there jobs. But like any trailer park they go down hill. It has been going down hill for a few years ( 5) . They need to get new people in there that care about the park and not just the money. They do not fix the roads anymore. They do not make people clean their yards. It looks like trash. It is sad to me to see what once was a nice place turn so bad. We sold our home about 1 year ago and I am happy to be out. I drove around in there a few weeks ago and still looks like no one but a few good people are keeping their homes up. I think the answer is get rid of the people up to the office try to get in touch with the owner and if things dont change for you get out it is not worth going nuts over a trailer home. Now adays you can get a nice home for cheap we got a home for less then 50,000 and it is great to have peace of mind and not worry about crime and drugs and the police not wanting to help you guys. Office people could care less she dont live there. I hope things start looking better for you all. Specialearth

Come one come all

Anyone can live here

You can be homeless

Jobless and have no vehicle and pass the credit check

Some homes sell for 99$ + move in for no deposit

Couldn't be easier to set up shop here

protected

The drug dealers in the park seem to be "protected" by someone when you call the cops "someone" warns them are going to be watched-so the cops don't find any proof

Park sucks.

As a resident, Tudor Estates is one of those places you move to and within a week you wish you had not. The people here are very rude, and you cannot leave anything out or you will loose it (stolen). The park is not run, or managed well at all, they seldom help anyone with a problem. Im moving away as soon as possible. Do not move here, it's not a good place to live.

I agree with the poor review given. The park doesn't enforce there own rules. They are selective as to some residents but most people are ignored by Sandy the park manager. She tells people to call the police when problems arise, and the police say they cannot do anything unless they see the crime. Tudor Estates is private property, so all issues must be delt with by the owners of the park, which are always ignored. If Sandy doesn't like you, she will do nothing but take your lot rent. The owners of the park are located in W. Bloomfield, and they do not post a phone number, so you can't contact them. The police will not even look at video, they say the park must deal with the problems. DO NOT MOVE HERE, you will regret it, that I promise you.

If you want to live in a living HELL, come live here! Any realitor trying to sell you a mobile home in this park, do not have your interest in mind. The park makes the enterance look nice, but drive towards the back and you get a clear picture of the people living here. The park has a major drug problem, people using and smoking dope everywhere. The police have little interest in stoping it after dozens of calls. We have been robbed, and someone tried to break into our home while we were out. Unsupervised children run through the park breaking windows with no parental supervision. Sandy the manager up front cares little about solving park issues, she's only here for a check. Her favorite line when something does come up is, "well did you call the police!" Most of the houses are not occupied by the owners, they rent them to young people in there families, or to drug addicts. This gets around the park rules of background checks, but the park makes you pay for a background check if you want to move in. My guess is they just keep the money, and do no checks at all. Park management often hands out violations for grass not being trimmed while every home around you has four foot weeds growing out of the concret. Do yourself a big favor, do not move in here!! Look at all the park owned empty trailors, that should give you an idea as to how people really feel about this dump. This is nothing more than a trailer trash haven, and "YOU DO NOT WANT TO LIVE HERE, EVEN IF YOUR AT THE BOTTOM OF THE LADDER, I WOULD RATHER LIVE UNDER A BRIDGE!"
