Dolores focuses her practice on elder law. This specialized area of the law encompasses legal issues that are of particular concern to older clients, although they can be relevant to younger clients as well. Elder law expands on the traditional practice area of probate and estate planning to include a wide range of legal issues that confront older clients and that can significantly affect their well-being and quality of life. She is committed to providing the highest quality legal services to her clients. Her goal is to meet her clients objectives whether through providing advice and counsel; preparing estate planning documents; assisting a guardian, conservator or trustee in carrying out his/her duties; representing the personal representative in probating a decedent's estate; guiding a family through the maze of Medicaid eligibility rules related to payment for nursing home care; or representing a client in administrative or judicial proceedings.
