The pharmacy at this CVS has some serious issues. I once received someone else's medication. I needed it that night, but by the time I got home the store had closed. Thank God I pay attention and did not take it! Probably should've sued the crap out of them since it would have interacted with my other meds. ALSO, a big issue I started seeing with them is that they won't fill your medication until day 30 EVER FOR ANY MEDICATION. If it is any type of pain medication (even if you have not been flagged nor taken the drug in months), they will still decide not to fill it for you...not because it is at their discretion, but simply because they are a**holes. They really deserve no stars at all!
