The Rinaldi Adult Center is an education facility that administers the English as a Second Language program. It conducts afternoon computer technology classes. The center helps to develop English speaking, reading, writing and listening skills. The Rinaldi Adult Center also offers guidance counseling services. It is a part of Kennedy-San Fernando Community Adult School, which manages more than 60 branch locations in California. The school provides classes in English, biology, history, physics and language arts. Kennedy-San Fernando Community Adult School administers special educations programs to students with learning difficulties. It is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges. The school is a part of the Los Angeles Unified School District s Division of Adult & Career Education.
