Should be minus stars!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! Suppose to arrive between 9am and noon!! Was a ...NO SHOW...NO CALL!!! Called and spoke to Julia at 1:20pm and she was to call me back RIGHT AWAY...SHE NEVER CALLED BACK!!! At 3pm two arrogant inconsiderate jerks to put it nicely show up like its no big deal. I told them they were to be here between 9-12. One laughed saying...I tell time by the sun so its cloudy today so I couldnt tell. The other one laughs with him! I asked him if he thought it was funny that I had waited since 9am and NO CALL and they were to be there by 12:00pm and it was now 3pm..they just shrugged and laughed!!! Talk about disrespectful inconsiderate and rude. I was busy at 3pm and didnt have the time and especially after how I was treated..their parents should be ashamed to have raised such disrespectful adults!! If my fianc had not been in the shower and heard how they spoke to me it would not have been good...NO ONE should be treated the way I was!!! TALK ABOUT DISRESPECTFUL!!!! I feel EVERGREEN SHOULD BE PAYING ME FRIDAY FOR THE ENTIRE DAY I LOST OF $200.00!!!!!!!!! Called Evergreen again and a girl (I believe Emily) said that she would call me back AFTER TALKING TO THE OWNER..been almost 24 hours soooooo I guess the owner doesnt care his employees are arrogant inconsiderate disrespectful and irresponsible jerks!!! Maybe he will care once I start telling people about them including several huge home builders in the area and major construction commercial construction companies...maybe that might get his attention!!! People my advise DO NOT USE EVERGREEN FLOORING PERIOD!!!! UPDATE as of 11/03/17...2 days later still NO CALL from Evergreen and I fell this morning on the steps where the carpet was not attached to the step and it threw me face first into the stairwell. I have broken teeth in all my upper front teeth and side...going to have to see an oral surgeon and implant dentist this company my week look at my teeth but like looks like about $30,000-$40,000 of surgery and implants which could have been avoided if the carpet had been installed correctly or if they would have repaired it. So now I guess now the owner of the property, the leasing company and possibly Evergreen Flooring will be liable for all of these bills since they were notified of these issues long ago. So my advice to anyone considering EVERGREEN TO PLEASE PLEASE look at all the companies out there because Evergreen Flooring has shown me they are NOT RELIABLE, NOT RESPONSIVE, and care nothing about customer service and you may not just be dealing with poor carpet installation but injures due to that and their NON RESPONSIVE to taking care of such issues!!!!!!
