Went in to order for the kids sleep play day and they charged my card twice charging $50 my bank verified to the owner of the mistake which he is refusing to refund me after a week of trying to work with the owner on a solution even offered to just accept a in store credit I am being forced to file fraud charges! Horrible horrible business in my opinion and I will never go there again!!!

I ordered cinnabites and they put garlic butter on them. After I complained about this they told me I was a lie and that it wasn't. The manager was being irritable and would not except the fact he was wrong. When I simply wanted an apology for the money I trashed.

I went there last night and was helped by their friendly staff. I ordered the Deep Dish pizza and got free crazy bread with it since they were running a special. It was delicious and so convenient for my family. I will definitely be there weekly!

I tried this location for the first time last night and I was so impressed with the service and cleanliness, not to mention our pizza was delicious! We got the new stuffed crust deep dish and it was awesome. I'll be back weekly for a fast convenient dinner for my family.

While I really like your pizza, I just bought kyour chicken wings today, and they were just horrible, the chicken was pre cook, at least one day prior, and you CAN Not do that with any kind of bird, because it ruins it, and you can taste that it's NOT fresh. When you Re paying for something it should be what it's represented to be.

Been here half a dozen times. I'm done. I would rather travel further and receive my pizza sooner and cheaper than to go here. Hot n ready has never been for me. Usually waiting about 10 min or longer. Today was the last straw. I ordered the same exact order as the lady behind me. I paid 25 dollars, but she was offered a party pack which included a 2 liter also and paid less. When I asked if I could also have a soda, the cashier said I would have to pay full price. I asked if she could give me a refund and re ring mW the same as she did for the other customer and she replied that its not how it works. Forget it, this many bad experiences at one place is too many!
