      We contracted with Emergency Response & Renewal to fix some water damage to our bathroom and replace the flooring. It took almost 2 months to finish this work. Our expectations on how long this should take was not properly managed. Most of the workers and subcontractors were professional and courteous. However, one of the plumbing outfits was very discourteous to my spouse. Also, exactly what needed to be done by them was not clearly communicated by the company. Based on timeliness of completing the job, discourteous subcontractor, unclear communications to the sub, we will not use ER&R again
