Read the other bad reviews as they are really true. Been here about 4 times and I've witnessed myself how this lady screamed at an elderly person in front of me and treated people with contempt. Two times I've seen her throw people out yelling how, "This isn't a UPS store!". She'll rage on one customer and then bark at the next person in line. 3 out of 4 times I've witnessed this craziness. Really worth your while to go elsewhere. There's a PostNet over by Pick 'N Save. Go there instead and save yourself the drama. Heck, even if you have to go to the UPS Store in Mequon, make the extra trip as they're well aware of this place.
Excellent Store. Friendly service. Highly recommend.
