Where to begin....The customer service is horrible. The staff are consistently some of the rudest I have ever encountered. They have a high turnover rate, but every summer it's the same so the problem must be managerial. Wait times are absurdly long (expect a minimum of 5-10 minutes, but be prepared to sit for 15+ if you order anything besides basic ice cream) yet they are known locally for how frequently they get orders wrong. There is no doubt that the only reason this place is still in business is because there are no other fast food franchises for miles. A single local competitor could put them out of business.
