UDMO s programs include head start, child care resource and referral, child and adult care food program, weatherization, low-income home energy assistance and women, infants and children food program. The head start program provides preschool children of low income families a comprehensive, family-centered, child development program to meet their educational, emotional, social, health, nutritional and psychological needs. Child Care Resource & Referral offers a variety of services to meet the needs of parents, providers, employers and communities in ten counties. The organization was founded more than 30 years ago.
