Founded in 1985, Elant is a community-based nonprofit organization located in Goshen, N.Y. It is one of the leading providers of health and housing services for the elderly in the Hudson Valley region of New York. Elant serves more than 2,500 people and offers a wide range of care services and facilities, including care communities, home care agencies and community services. It provides a wide range of senior housing options and rehabilitative health care services, including assisted living residences, senior housing communities, skilled nursing centers, adult day programs and child day care centers. It also offers home care services, such as companionship and support, assistance with shopping and errands, household financial assistance, personal care, and light and heavy housekeeping.
