About Todd I have been helping people achieve their dream of homeownership for over 30 years. I understand the concerns that many first-time homebuyers can have, so I personally sit with each of my clients and explain the mortgage process. That way we can address any questions at the very beginning. Communication is very important to me, and I work to make sure people are educated about their options. There are numerous loan programs available for both purchasing or refinancing; including but not limited to: Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA and Rehabilitation loans.
