Ugh. I had them at my house 2 months ago. I was having back up issues. I showed them where my septic tank was. They began to snake the line saying there were roots. They used the camera and the snake. Then they said they needed to Get closer to the house and the broke my pipe to do so saying that they would patch it. They spent another 4 hours snaking and pulling out little bits. They asked for me to make them lunch. They did get some things flowing. They had trouble fixing the pipe and basically then said I would need to replace it asap costing me $2000. He said my line was still clogged but ended up charging me $650 anyway. After they left, I told them my stuff was still backing up and my tub was still gurgling. He then said that he could come back but most likely it was something in the bath even though I tried to explain that the tub gurgling is how the back up began. When they were here, they refused to work from the inside to get the roots or clog out that way. Now I'm out $650 and still don't have my plumbing working properly. Would not recommend them.
