This team was awesome to deal with. I had an unfortunate incident with an alternate dealer (details irrelevant), and my specific situation turned out to be the best solution for me and my family. Collin was my tour guide as my Inventory Consultation Specialist and I say this because he was not pushy or arrogant at any point of our interactions. Heath assisted me through the final mile offering me finance options as a consultant, again, without pressure. It came down to whether or not the unit potentially being purchased would fit on the toy hauler deck of my camper trailer (literally inches). Now, the trailer needs a minor fabrication alteration, but Heath showed me the light as to how easy the fix would be, so I decided to move forward with the transaction. The team also included some very nice options in the deal, however, I will spare the dealership from disclosing specific details as anybody reading this needs to negotiate their own deal. I also want to give a shout out to the service department. The walk around left me feeling very confident that I might actually know how to operate the unit. The only issue was that the unit did not have a full tank of gas when delivered (oversight, I’m sure), but I am certain that Collin and Heath will hook me up on my next visit. I would absolutely recommend this team to my friends and family, as well as anybody in the market for a toy from their inventory. Cool place. They have some AWESOME UTV's, I want one so bad. Hopefully one day I'll pull the trigger and buy one. Staff was nice and its right near my house.
