We've had great treatment at this location. We have two Goldendoodles and have never had a problem. I think you can have things happen no matter where you take your pets. I don't know of the previous situation, but I don't believe that anyone working at a reputable store would intentionally do anything to harm someone's pet.

This grooming department is in fact a place you shall not take your dogs or any animals. The lady that is in charge of the grooming department cut our Bichon so deep that his neck is abcessed and infected with needing alot of care. The ASPCA is being contacted so if your a victim of this store please speak out and complain to the individual can be taken out of the system to ever caring or treating dogs ever again. We expect our animals to be well treated when we drop them off. This is a disgusting issue that needs to be addressed.
