Nathan Moore, DO, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon who fosters a warm and welcoming atmosphere at his clinic in West Phoenix, Arizona. He’s renowned for offering minimally invasive surgical options with cutting edge technology like robotic assistance to give his patients a more comfortable experience with quicker recovery times. Dr. Moore graduated with a Bachelor of Science in exercise physiology from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, and earned his Doctor of Osteopathy degree from the College of Osteopathic Medicine at Touro University in Vallejo, California. He began his postgraduate training at Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine and Grandview Medical Center in Dayton, Ohio, completing an osteopathic internship and a residency in orthopedic surgery. Dr. Moore finished his training with a fellowship in adult reconstructive surgery at The CORE Institute and Banner University Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona. Dr. Moore is board-certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Orthopedic Surgery and has a certification in Stryker Mako robotic-arm assisted surgery. He’s a member of numerous professional organizations, including the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, the American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopedics, and the American Osteopathic Association. In his practice, Dr. Moore takes a compassionate and personable approach with his patients. He enjoys developing strong relationships with his patients, treating them like family, and tailoring their care to be unique, individualized, and patient-focused. He is conservative in his treatments when possible. If surgical treatment is necessary he provides state-of-the-art technology and advanced techniques, like the Stryker Mako system for robotic-assisted surgery and muscle sparing approaches to joint replacement. Outside of his practice, Dr. Moore enjoys staying active and he particularly enjoys water sports, snow sports, pickleball, and volunteering as a youth leader at his church.
