Big O Tires

Avoid this place, they will say anything to sell product. My daughter needed one tire replaced on her car, they sold her four before I got involved and then charged her a 25% restocking fee when we cancelled two of the tires. They tried to sell me 4 tires when I had a nail in one run flat tire by claiming run flats could not be repaired - lie. This in a car with less than 5000 miles and no jack, when I asked how this was advantageous to me and how I would change a flat tire they had no answer other than to say call AAA. Again, they will do anything to sell you something, avoid this place.

Excellent brand new store (opened 4/2014). Unlike a lot of company Big O stores, this one is a franchise and Jared the owner is really on top of things. One of few places in valley with a road force balance machine which shows their financial commitment to their services.helped me solve a tire balance/vibration problem caused by another company Big O store for free. I am taking my 1992 Mercedes 300e 2.6 and 1992 Ford Explorer sport (bought both new) to them for all of my service, tire and brakes
