Private Process Servers are Certified Officers of the Court in Arizona and provide for due process by certifying that a person has been notified of pending legal action concerning them. As such, Private Process Servers are authorized to serve papers such as Subpoenas, Summons and Complaints, Orders of Protection, etc. Upon service of the court documents, a signed \ u2018Proof of Service document is mailed to the appropriate court. A copy is emailed or mailed to the client as well.
