I had another company out, they wanted over $750.00 to replace a fan. I called A Quality for a 2nd opinion, they found it only had a bad capacitor and was replaced for about $100.00 total. They didnt say I needed a service contract or try and sell me anything else. The technician was very polite and informative. They left a few business cards and said they would appreciate any referrals. they said to look at their website for there referal program, and they also put part of every invoice you ever have with them towards a new unit when you buy one. I will refer all I know.. So very very happy,Heather S. Phoenix AZ
