They were not able to find my address with the GPS- the man who I was speaking to over the phone was very rude and told me to just "call someone else!" Do not use this company. Very poor customer service!

They were very professional. Nice car and the driver helped me with all my bags. He came into my bedroom and took the luggages from the top of the bed because I'm not strong enough to lift them. They are the great. When I came back the driver was already waiting at the airport.

I did get my money back. The bank is now dealing with them. It's sad I had to go through so much to get a refund of the overcharge.
