General Info

I took up photography seriously 5 years ago and hit the ground running. What initially drew me to photography was the ability to freeze a single moment in time, forever. I have created a portfolio of sophisticated work that is often described as "grunge" based off of the post processing style, that creates a darker, deeper look to the images. My subjects vary considerably, from natural to industrial, from urban to rural, from botanical to figurative. I photography all aspects of life. In most of the my work there is a story to be told without words. One can imagine what is happening or understand the mood in the shot. A little about me... I grew up in Upstate New York, joined the Air Force right out of high school, bounced around a bit and then eventually landed in Nashville Tennessee where I now call home. I am an IT Professional by day, photographer by night/weekend. :-) I have an amazing wife, Krystal, who is very encouraging and supportive of all my goals and ambitions in life.
