I selected Adobe to bring my $200 shoes for my wedding to be cut down. I was told they would be done on a Wednesday to fly with me for my dress fitting. When I arrived on Wednesday to pick them up, I was told by the salesperson who awoke off the couch to help me that they were were still in the Gonzales store. Since I needed them to fly with me the next day I drove to Gonzales to pick them up from Sallie, the owner. Sallie proceeded to tell me, after she gave me my un-worked shoes, that she had just gotten them on the previous day and that she didn't need to talk to "people like me". What the heck does that mean? A female person, a doctor, or was it an African American? I think the latter. Needless to say I will write both parish presidents to let them know of this businessand the treatement I received. If you want a good customer experience, this place is not for you. Trust me, bring you money elsewhere. People like Sallie don't deserve your patronage.
