I heard that complete nutrition was really big on the east coast and just expanding into CA so I wanted to check it out. I thought it would be just another GNC but when I started doing my research I found out that while they have some of the more popular brands out there, they have their very own whole line that is developed by their own labs. When I went in the staff was very knowledgable and extremely friendly. They walked me through the products for what I was looking for and I left knowing that I would be back. It's been a little over a month and I have already lost 15 pounds and my workouts seem so much more fulfilling. Their products aren't cheap, but I have tried a lot of products out there, and I have NEVER felt these kind of effects. I bought the shred stack, vitamins, NX6 (which is intense!) and their pre-workout and post workout (Buzzerk and Rezzerct). I couldn't be happier! Thank you Complete Nutrition!!!
