I have been buying my chocolate from the Chocolate gallery for the better part of two decades now, they are simply the best; and I know, in my life time I have eaten my weight in chocolate many many times. Solid dark chocolate bunnies and more; Texas Crunch, obscene truffles, dark chocolate crunch that are ohmygod good and two of the finest people in the candy industry in Tim and Karen. And if you like dark, really really dark chocolate, try the 50/50. The bulk chocolate is great for baking with and generous for sharing with others. I order my chocolate from 1200 miles away and they always get the order right, call if they aren't sure of exactly what I want and I get my order 1-3 days after I order it. I don't even bother with any other chocolate anymore, none of them have the taste or the mouth feel that the fine products that come from the Chocolate Gallery.
