Our current owner's parents started the business and he's been working with the family since graduating from college. Additionally, we enjoy giving customers peace of mind about their security and helping them get back into their vehicles, homes, and offices in a timely manner. The locksmith came 30 minutes after I phoned, on a Sunday! He was not just courteous, he was KIND. Of course, anyone needing a lock cut wants it done right away and is upset - it really matters that he was prompt and reassuring. One other told me he'd come the next day at noon, another hung up on me when I described the job. Well, I know who to call should it happen again!
