      The locksmith came 30 minutes after I phoned, on a Sunday! He was not just courteous, he was KIND. Of course, anyone needing a lock cut wants it done right away and is upset - it really matters that he was prompt and reassuring. One other told me he'd come the next day at noon, another hung up on me when I described the job. Well, I know who to call should it happen again!

      They were very fast. Here within 20 minutes and opened the lock within 1 minute
