Most recent Customer Service man was unhelpful, uncreative, abrasive and unwilling to back up a product that quit after one MONTH, had 1 YEAR warrantee, because I hadn't forked out to BB for their gravy 2 yr extended warrantee. His whole approach became negative learning I only had the manufacturer's one year warrantee!

I was used to good CS there, somewhat shocked. I insisted that he help me with warrantee service; he finally agreed to send unit to maker's service center for me (a large, hard to ship unit). I would also be without a printer for that time. He then delegated the details to a friendly young lady, who, upon entering the warrantee info, found it was listed as "non-repairable", meaning refund must be given! So I got $$$$$ to spend as I chose, no shipping etc, and found an equivalent item for 1/3 the cost, leaving me free $$. Laughed all the way home. Manager chose all the drama, but I chose the cash!

However, normally their CS is excellent, I hope this guy leaves. Their selection, sales and staff are very good, unlike their predecessor, compUSA, which stunk.
