I am a traveling nurse and chose this apartment due to location to the hospital. Unfortunately, the place is run down on the inside, and they charge premium price. It is advertised as a luxury apartment, which is false advertising because they have old appliances that are noisy, and the construction is such that you can hear everything above you and beside you from other tennants. So, if you llve here, don't plan on getting any rest or sleep. Also, another tennant has had bugs repeatedly in her apartment, even though they have sprayed. I am leaving this apartment early and would not recommend that anyone stay here.

I love this place! The staff is absolutely out of this world!!! From the day I walked in until now, I have had very few reasons to call them. Then when I did, all my needs were met.

From the application process to my move in date the folks answered all my questions and made this move very smooth for me. Being in the military, I have moved all around an nothing compares to the quality of living and service that I receive here.

The apartments are so spacious! Not to mention VERY Clean! My place was ready on the date requested with no hassel. Actually, they stayed late to accomodate my late arrival. You don't find customer service like that.

Due to my position, I process most of the newcomers and I ALWAYS give reference to Reserve at Bradbury Place.

In addition, the properties were actually sold recently and all new folks were hired and they didnt miss a beat! Thats the kind of people that we could use more of in our Armed Forces!

While Bradbury Place LOOKS great on the outside, the management is toxic on the inside. Completely incompetent they have either given my apartment away or messed up my rent more than once. After they took my deposit and ran my credit they forgot to mention I was declined. They then gave away my apartment they were holding without telling me and when i called about moving in the main lady said "oh... didnt i call you' you were declined." When i inquired further as to why (I have a steady job, plenty of money, no poor rent history and a great credit score) she couldnt tell me. Even her regional manager couldnt shed light on the issue. By this point I am literally a week out from moving so I stuck with the place... I thought it couldnt get much worse.. I was wrong.



I had to get a 3 bedroom instead of a 2 bedroom because it was all they had left, so my rent is way more. Then when I get my first rent check so I pay what is ON THE BILL. Nope, they come back and demand more money- I say, put it on the bill next time. Next month rolls around and they not only dont drop our rent bill off (my husband has to go in and get it the day before rent is due), but we then PAY it, they CASH it and then a week later tell us that we owe them rent plus 5% because we never paid. Their excuse' They must have credited the wrong account... How does someone do that' Our name and address are on the check.



Our toilet also leaked within the first 2 weeks. I called Maintenance and no one ever came. I finally pulled an employee into my apartment and he fixed it.



And if you are military, dont even TRY to get out of your lease for orders. I spoke with SJ legal and they said that Bradbury is SO difficult to work with, even though it is the LAW JAG is constantly throwing the book at them to help out military members.



If I could do it all over again I would get a townhouse or rent a house or even another apartment complex (Not Legacy- they are owned by the same company as Bradbury). The apartments are nice and new and clean but the walls are paper thin and honestly, I have seen better management on a 2nd grade soccer team. It amazes me this management is still employed. Every time I walk in there they literally dont care that I am there- it is like I am a waste of their space- unless you are a new resident looking to rent they could care less about you once they get you in a contract.



I cannot stress it enough- DO NOT LIVE at Bradbury Place
