Reserved a room there for the month of November. Went to verify it 3 weeks later, and found out they lost the paper with all my information on it Credit Card etc, although she remembered the conversation weeks prior. She didn't speak very good English and come to find out, they don't have any organized way to book reservations, just write it down on papers, no computer, no ledger. All the rooms were already taken, so I could no longer rebook a reservation. also they didn't have a Credit Card machine, so all room rentals had to be in cash. I found this out 2 days before my flight. Very unprofessional.
