This was the absolute worst experience I've ever encountered with customer service in any retail business. They lack professionalism as they find it appropriate to cuss at customers. The manager on duty expressed her profound annoyance with any questions that we had and then proceeded to accuse my husband of trying to steal a display phone . He simply removed the back to see if the phone was ran off a sim card. She began screaming over him when he attempted to explained to her what he was doing. She was the manager, what a business!!!
