This company doesn't even deserve the one star they got. Horrible customer service! I went into this place several times with my mother-n-law who was looking for an apartment. The same lady at the front desk was always rude and acted as though we were bothering her by coming in and inquiring about places to live. The last straw was when we went in a different day and were waiting to talk to the same lady. She was talking to a young couple who was living in an apartment which had a problem with the heat in their apartment. They had a newborn and they were trying to get some maintenance done. They were also inquiring about the smell which, according to the customer service person, was due to sewage being under the apartment complex! She told them she could put some charcoal down to mask to smell but that was about all she could do. She also said they could vacate the premises if they didn't like what was being offered to help them. Horrible company!! We ended up going elsewhere for help.

Avoid renting from them! We are military and they gave us a really hard time when we moved out. We left the place in MUCH better condition than when we moved in and they are trying to charge us with all sorts of bogus cleaning, lawn care, etc, charges. We contacted the base's legal services and they said that they have given people trouble in the past.
