Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute Aquatics and Fitness Center – Golden Valley boasts a therapeutic warm-water pool (kept at 92 degrees) and a fully adaptive fitness center making this location a treasured gem of fitness for the community. We offer a wide range of services from one-on-one personal training, group classes, and time for individual therapeutic exercise. The programs are for people of all ages and abilities. The pool and fitness center are located on the main floor of the building with free parking available in lots beside the building.
