It is smart business to write a few good reviews for your self, that way you can refer back to them when bad ones like mine appear.Buyer BewareCould not reach them by phone (that should have been the first clue) so I went by their office on Hwy 93. After almost tripping over a baby crawling on the floor in the office, I contracted for a 93 gallon trash container( you know, the orange one that says cheap. hey were not kidding but its the service not the cost.)So I was suppose to get my trash picked up on Fridays. So Friday comes around, I have my receptacle out at 7 AM. ( Never was told a time to have it out, just on Friday. The driver come flying by my house at 8:15 going to Chloride. I live on the old Boulder Hwy. The truck came back at 8;45 and got the trashThe next week I am putting my trash out that Friday at 7;15, the truck went by again. No problem only the truck never came back for our trash. I went to the Office (only a mile from my house) explained that the driver did not pick up the trash,, Now it is my fault. I did not have the trash at its appointed place by 7 AM. I explained that I was never given a time... OH NO !! YOU are wrong, so after a few minutes I was told the driver would be out to pick up the garbage by PM.. That did not happen.;SO I had trash all weekend. The following Monday, at 7 AM gave them a call( Why I thought that would work, I don't know.. probably could hear the phone over the baby crying or they just don't care,) Anyway I left a message again explaining that the trash was still at my house. Finally got a call back at 11.45 AM and again it was my fault etc.. but they would be there to get it today Monday without fail.. GUESS WHAT... NADA. Not even a call back so I cancelled my service. The receptacle was to be picked up on Tuesday AM. YEP you guessed it Nothing. So I called and informed them that I would have the Sheriff out and file a complaint for them to remove their container off my property. Their little contract says that you are responsible for their container while it's on your property/ Now because I don't want their service, they are "storing" it on my property.Be EXTREMELY CAREFUL with this group.. Buyer Beware, extremely lousy service.After all it's only $6.50 to take your trash to the landfill. The ONLY reason I considered this service , was convince... All it turned out to be was a terrible experience.

Terrible customer service at the very least. Several months ago our trash bin caught on fire. We don't know how. I called the company and reported it. My husband spoke to the owners son who told him if we repair and paint the can we would not be charged for a new bin. The owners son also told my husband that he would charge him $20 per lid to replace them. My hudband agreed. We repaired and painted the bin. We never got the lids. Instead we got a bill for $80 for the set of lids and a $10 increase in our monthly service. My husband called and was told the owners son did not have the authority to quote him prices. My husband said he was not going to pay it. We are now into November and have been paying for the service. I get home from work today and the trash bin is gone. In its place was a bill for this months service and the $80 for the lids with a handwritten note saying the bin was picked up. Horrible service and dishonest people. Go with a different company.

The drivers have been very nice, if I didn't have all my trash out they see me with a bag they wait for me so they get it all. I had also moved this year and they were real nice about moving my dumpster to the new location.

This company relies on bullying and bait/switch tactics to stay in business. Crystal is especially obnoxious, pushy, unreasonable, will not stand behind promises her staff makes, and depends on talking over you to try to keep you from explaining your complaint. I hope possible future customers will read this review before giving Westside a dime, as they will most likely end up disappointed and will just wish they had listened to this review and taken their business elsewhere. There are professional companies to choose from for this service; Westside is most unprofessional.A local favorite, or highly recommended because

NICE, NICE PEOPLE! Keep it local and use our very own Golden Valley business! The best disposal service in Mohave County. Never misses our home, puts the cans back over the fence, prompt, friendly AND no gas surcharge! The other co. in Golden Valley charges a fuel surcharge and extra fees. They don't even compare with service or price to our Westside Disposal! The people on Tonto, Crystal, Santa Cruz and Salt!!!!!!

I've had service with Westside for ten years and amazing people and u even get to have ur own cans u dot even need to buy any cans if I set a bag of trash out there they pick it up I bet bulldog or waste management wouldn't do that!! That's called service and Westside disposal has the best

Bulldog has great rates and they give you a 96 gallon trash can!! I would not recommend this company to anyone. They need to lower their rates! :/ I was about to switch thought she was getting a better deal so glad that I didn't!
