My Durango's leaking radiator was replaced under warranty with no hassles. Also under warranty, the water pump was replaced for the second time. Multiple employees were notably friendly. The only difference between perfection and my actual experience was the recommendation of "throttle body cleaning and air/fuel service". Once time I let a Dodge dealer talk me into that service on a Viper with 979 miles. Later I realized how dumb it was to just go along with such an obviously unnecessary service.

Justin Tinajera, Khemary Nhim, and Nate Hinkle were extremely great at what they do. Unlike other salesman, Justin took time to really listen to what we wanted, and he explained the process we were going through, he found us the PERFECT vehicle and so we purchased that vehicle that is PERFECT for us :) Khemary talked to the bank for us and got us approved, Khemary was so nice and kind, something we are not use to when it comes to car buying. He made things so easy for us. Nate helped us with the financial part and made that part go very smooth and quick. These three men were so professional and yet so very friendly, qualities that are very hard to find these days. We feel Christoper Dodge is very lucky to have these three on their team. My wife and I had a pleasant experiance purchasing a new Dodge Ram 1500 and we worked with John and Tim at Christopher Dodge. We got a really good price on our new truck and a very good price on our trade in. and we both were happy. We purchased the truck we traded in from Christopher Dodge originally a few years back and was very happy with the way we were treated and the service we received back then, so after discussing it's time to buy a new vehicle once again, we both decided to go back and see what we could do regarding a new purchase through Christopher Dodge once again, and met with Christopher Dodge first before proceeding onward toward other dealerships here in Colorado Springs. Here's where we were super impressed: After purchasing the new truck, we had several errands to run all over Denver before coming home, so one of the stops we had to make was the Whole Foods Store on Hampton. After shopping, we came out to load up our purchase(s) and found an imperfection on the hood of the new vehicle. Upon discovering this imperfection, we immediately called back to the dealership and discussed what had happened with Tim, drove back in and Tim looked at the imperfection on the hood of the new truck and said no problem what-so-ever in repairing this defect (making it good), and for us to bring the truck in and they will give us a loaner vehicle to drive while ours is being repaired. This alone I can't over emphasize how impressed we both were with not only the truck but the service we received from Christopher Dodge dealership in Denver and will refer customers to them since both my wife and I are not only realtors, but I also hold a high-tech position here in Colorado Springs. This will good for referrals for Christopher Dodge. We're happy customers.

Pretty annoyed that my first experience with this dealer's service dept. would be so negative: Returning from the first oil change on our new vehicle, I checked under the hood and NO oil registered on the dipstick. Adding an additional quart only brought it up to the "Add" mark. An oversight, no doubt, but I don't intend to return here for service!

By far the worst experience I ...

By far the worst experience I have had with a dealership. Went in on a saturday, came close to making a deal. Thought about it more over the weekend then called back on Monday because I was still very interested. Dealership raised the price on truck and lowered trade in value because Monday is the 1st day of the month. Dealership accused me of not knowing that I should have accepted the deal on Saturday because it was the last day of month. Apparently I was unaware that they were just making that deal on Saturday to meet quotas for end of month. Wow, guess the old hand shake and honor system is lost in this day and age. Do yourself a favor and do business with a different dealer.

Service

Quoted me $580 to replace exhaust manifold gasket on my 98 Dakota 4*4. My regular mechanic took less than an hour. Six bolts on engine manifold and 2 for exhaust. I'll never call them again.

My journey to buy my new Dodge Journey was wonderful. When I contact Christopher Dodge through their website, Jonathan Dover contacted me immediately; he listened to what I wanted, what I was looking for and what payment I wanted to stick to. My experience was better than I could have imaged, I went in with an idea of where I was going and ended up with a brand new 2012 Dodge Journey. Jonathan did not pressure me into a car I did not want, he actually found a better car than I anticipated. The financing process was quick and found the best possible pricing for me. Recently with the price of gas...

Recently with the price of gas going up daily I was beginning to think about trading vehicles for better gas mileage. I drive about 30 miles one way to work so not only do I need a dependable vehicle but gas usage was killing me.



I went thru a divorce a little over a year ago and as most often happens, finances are tight and a few credit problems were in the aftermath.



I have liked the Dodge Caliber since it first made an appearance but really didn't think I could afford one.



I was checking out the Calibers on the internet and it asked for my name and email address so I entered it to inquire about a 2010 Caliber.



I received a call from the internet salesman, Jon Dover, and made arrangements to drop by Christopher's Dodge World just to get information and perhaps drive the 2010 Caliber.



Jon was prepared and gave me other options as well. I test drove the car I had seen on the internet and was impressed but I was unfortunately upside down on the trade in vehicle and he said to give him a chance to work with Tim McKay, his manager. I told him that he would probably be working a miracle to get me into a Dodge Caliber and stay in my price range.



After they worked diligently with the figures they presented to me that it was better for me to buy a 2012 Caliber with all the rebates and incentives Dodge was offering.



Tim and Jon did work a miracle and I am now the happy owner of a 2012 Dodge Caliber.



I can honestly say that the professionalism was good but the friendliness and the feeling that they actually cared for my individual needs was what impressed me most. I have dealt in the past with car dealers that just wanted to sell a car without concern for the person's specific financial situation.



I would recommend Christopher's Dodge World, Tim McKay and Jon Dover to anyone who wants a new vehicle for whatever reason.

Looked for a new car on line and was contacted by an employee with Christopher's Dodge World. Was introduced and made to feel welcomed right off the bat! Got right in the car I ended up purchasing and loved it! No high pressure sales tactics to buy and was a fun experience! Everyone was nice and liked to joke around, which is what I love! Got the car I wanted for the right price! Will be recommending others to buy from these guys! Brought the car back to get extra packets I purchased, an ALL day event, and all were very accommodating! The sales guy, Jon, even drove me to the movie theater while I waited.

This review might be a bit longer than most care to read so I will summarize up front – you can read the rest if you want to know the details. Christopher’s Dodge World provided me THE BEST buying experience that I have had to date (this being my eighth vehicle purchase). I bought a 2012 Laramie Ram 4x4 crew cab – what an awesome truck!



Let me explain what led me to my review:

I started my search Sunday evening using USAA auto buying that quickly provides me 1) online easy financing (typically the most aggressive, have never been beat by the dealership financing), 2) National Auto Buying Assistance where they provide me the insider scoop on what a car/truck should sell for and what others are paying for that vehicle and 3) a network of dealerships that will honor the group pricing for the chance to be recommended to the USAA banking members. In the past, this has been the ‘can’t be beat’ option as USAA is dialed in for their members and typically are using the sheer mass of members to negotiate rock bottom pricing and top notch service.

That evening, I sent an email to the three recommended dealerships which were Pro Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Thornton, Go Ram Southwest in Littleton and AutoNation Direct in Centennial. I narrowed my search to the dealership in Thornton and decided to move forward with the selection of a new truck. I made it very clear that I was ready to buy and they seemed ready to sell. Over the course of the next two days, the dealership completely dropped the ball and out of frustration, I went in to Christopher’s Dodge World. I must explain, I wish I had gone there first but I am a creature of habit and my USAA buying experiences before this purchase were rated among the best purchasing experiences that I’ve had with big ticket items. Matt was the lucky one to get to meet a ‘hopping mad’ customer that honestly needed to vent before he went shopping.



Matt was a champ and did a great job at listening to my needs and wants. He started out by showing me how their website is set up to not only show MSRP but what the other dealerships won’t do, they list the discount that they will give up front (a novel idea)! This told me that Christopher Dodge was ready to sell a truck. Long story short, in the matter of 36 hours they presented the truck of choice, attempted to get a truck from the ‘other dealership’, after being told that the truck wasn’t available at invoice price, they showed me their inventory and helped me find the perfect fit. I had test drove, selected a truck and agreed on the price with the sales person all before the other dealership even bothered to call me back.



Through the entire process I did not feel like I was being pressured, Matt did an awesome job at being available but giving me space to think through the decision and to crunch the numbers on my own. This approach to selling demonstrates their confidence in the product they sell and the pricing that they are selling it for. The kicker to this story is that I had already predetermined through my study with USAA buying services what I’d be willing to pay for the truck. Christopher’s Dodge didn’t only meet my price requirement but they beat it, hands down. To top my experience off, I told them that I was already approved with financing and they asked if they could try to beat it. Guess what…. They DID! They beat my banks rate by .75 on the same terms! I don’t care what anyone says… I am a customer of Christopher’s Dodge for life! These experts know how to sell cars and trucks and I want to work with professionals like that! Thanks! By the way – I sent a picture of my new truck to the other dealership that failed to provide service to a willing and ready customer. BTW - I used to be a Chevy Owner.... sure is a nice Dodge!

I have had my car repaired for...

I have had my car repaired for about 3 years and have always had excellent service at Christopher's Dodge World.I needed special financing and went there with little confidence of buying a new car.Rob Sylvia took the reins from the beginning,made me feel very comfortable and took me for a test drive in 2012 Dodge Caliber I liked.4 hours later I was driving home in my new Caliber with a finance rate,trade, and payment I was happy with.It may seem like a long time but Freddy in finance was backed up and when I got to him he breezed through the paperwork and got me on my way.I just took it on a 600 mile trip and the ride was great and it got the gas mileage advertised.The entire experience was far above my expectations.Thank you guys!

I REALLY THOUGHT EVERYTHING WAS GREAT UP UNTIL THE PART THEY SCREWED UP AFTER WE PURCHASED THE VEHICLE AND WERE SUPPOSE TO GET NERF BARS ADDED ON. MANAGEMENT HAD NO AMBITION TO STEP IN AND HELP. OUR SALES PERSON DID WHAT HE COULD TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT HOWEVER HE HAS NO POWER WHEN IT COMES TO CERTAIN THINGS SO GETTING THINGS HANDLED IN A TIMELY MANNER WAS HARD. WE PURCHASED THE NERF BARS IN ADDITION FOR CONVENIENCE. THEY ENDED UP PUTTING THE WRONG ONES ON THAT DIDN'T EVEN MATCH OUR TRUCK. WE HAD TO MAKE AT LEAST 5-6 TRIPS TO THE DEALERSHIP REGARDING ITEMS AND WHEN YOU HAVE A SMALL CHILD AND YOU WORK THE LAST THING IS TO SPEND ALL YOUR SATURDAYS AT A DEALERSHIP AFTER YOU PURCHASED A BRAND NEW VEHICLE. WE WERE SUPPOSED TO GET THE NEW VEHICLE DETAILED THAT NEVER HAPPENED AND THEY ENDED UP SCRATCHING OUR TRUCK. REMIND YOU BRAND NEW TRUCK 2012 DODGE RAM MEGA CAB. WE TOOK IT IN FOR DETAIL WORK AS THEY STATED THEIR COLLISION CENTER COULD FIX IT. WE GOT IT BACK WITH WAX ALL OVER IT BECAUSE THEY WERE AFRAID TO WASH IT SINCE THEY SCRATCHED IT THE FIRST TIME, STILL DIDN'T GET DETAILED. YOU CAN STILL SEE SOME SCRATCHES AND WHEN THEY BUFFED SOME ITEMS OUT THEY BURNT THE LOGO ON THE TRUCK SO IT IS FADED. IF WE WOULD OF NEVER WANTED CONVENIENCE I BELIEVE IT WOULD HAVE BEEN A GREAT EXPERIENCE BUT AFTER ALL THIS I DON'T EVEN WANT THE TRUCK ANYMORE BECAUSE WHAT I WANTED WAS EASY A NEW TRUCK AND BE HAPPY AND I GOT A MESS. SAD TO SEE THE SALES PERSON CAN DO SO WELL AND TO HAVE IT RUINED BY THE REST OF THE STAFF.

First thing I'd like to say is that very seldom do I do any kind of ratings as I rarely have the time to put forth the effort, that said I feel I need to make time this time. I tried to buy a new 2012 Challenger from our local dealership here in Cheyenne WY to no avail. The salesman I worked with was helpful but apparently unless you are what they consider a brick, you don't really matter. I test drove and gave my commitment to buy yet a week after I purchased my new 2012 challenger from Christopher's Dodge World they still haven't called me back. I submitted a request online regarding the Challenger as this IS the car I'm buying and by 9am the next morning I had not only an email conformation, but a phone call from Matt Hopper. I never met him until I was ready to sign on the dotted line. He not only was very professional with me, he was knowledgeable with the car I wanted. I told him what I wanted from color to options. Never did he try to sell me something I didn't want. The color I wanted they had but not with the options I needed. So what he did is gave me the option to add everything I needed. He set up the appointments and has called me back regarding them. I had the leather interior installed yesterday and the clear bra and DVD headrest's next week. All of this happened without ever leaving my couch. If you want someone who is looking to fulfill your needs then this is the salesman that will get them done. Christopher Dodge was also just as professional. My finance guy Carlos gave me all the info regarding different plans like gap and extended warranty and when I said no, he left it at that. Not once did he pressure me or make me feel like an idiot. Great people at a great dealer. I would recommend this dealer to anybody looking for first class treatment. Thanks guys. BTW I have had my 2012 Challenger for almost a week now (R/T) and traded my 06 Mustang GT for it. Did I mention I was within penny's as far as my trade in value? Sight unseen even. Again, Thanks
