      I have been using this gym for a few years now. The owners are friendly and knowledgeable on fitness and PT. Recently used them for PT for both knee replacements and could not be happier.

      I started at this gym when I had a neck injury and I was so impressed with how knowledgeable the trainers were. It is always clean, has great equip, classes and a friendly environment
