This place is amazing!!! I started at The Mullaney Center to get some exercise and lose some weight. I am 5'5" tall and was 199 lbs when I started, 8 months later, thanks to Master Mullaney I weighed an amazing 169 lbs. Not only did I loose weight, I gained muscle and learned a skill. I can't say enough about how good I feel about myself now. He pushed me to MY limit and made it fun. The classes are so awesome. I can honestly say I have never had so much fun exercising. I am always looking forward to the next class, and if I strain a little too far he is also an AMAZING masseuse too. How can you possibly go wrong?!!! Even after I reach my goal of 132 lbs, I will continue to study with Master Mullaney. He has given me a new lease on life and I can't wait to see what I can do with it.
