Have been dealing with this company for over 5 years. They go out of their way to be professional. When we need an extra pick-up they are always available. If you want your documents shredded properly call ADD

Horrible customer service. I have been a client at Absolute Data Destruction, usually getting a monthly pick up. Recently they have not been available on the days I actually request, and show up out of the blue. When they come 3 days early and I am not ready, the guy tells me its not his problem, is very rude and leaves never showing up the 3 days later. When I call the office a few days later to tell them I was not happy, a girl immediately became hostile and defensive, yelling at me on the phone, interrupting me every time I tried to talk. To make matters worse, I received a bill from them...And they still have not picked up my request!! Very unprofessional run by a bunch of kids who seem to want the money and not do the work. Horrible experience.
