I have left this store irritated several times over the last few years but the final straw occurred this week. After spending a several minutes on hold waiting my turn, I was told by a rude lady that she was too busy to check to see how many of a specific gun they had in stock. After asking them to hold the one they had in the case for me, she informed me it was late in the day and she was sure it would still be there in the morning. 30 minutes later, she sold it to someone else and when I came in the next morning, they told me I should have asked to pay for it over the phone, even though she didn't give me that option. If you have no other option than to buy from them, just be prepared to be treated poorly.

Great selection! Helpful sales staff, unlike big box stores (I won't mention names), where you can stand for an hour before even being noticed, and are told you can't return a defective firearm because you didn't purchase the "extended warranty". Had exactly what I was looking for and prices were better than most I have seen in the area, plus, they actually had it in stock! They weren't just trying to get me in the door so they could sell me something else. Highly recommend buying your firearms from them.
