      I have been a patient of Mark Caffrey for almost 20 years. He has consistently been honest and upfront with me about my hearing loss. He is incredibly friendly and compassionate. AND he knows about hearing loss and hearing aids because he wears them himself!! He does not nickel and dime you to death either, in fact, most times, for cleanings and adjustments, he doesn't even charge me! An excellent professional!
