Do not do business with this company. I was charged $317.10 for annual maintenance on 4/11/2018, on my 11KW generator installed on 3/13/17. A few weeks later the engine quit during a power outage. I have a 10 year parts and labor warranty on the generator. They charged me $258.41 to come and diagnose the problem. They sent me a notice that several things were wrong but said they refused to honor the warranty and would not repair the problems. I got a certified repair person to look at the generator and he concluded they had not even changed the oil. I paid $575.51 for them to tighten the battery cable.
