If I could give less than one star I would. I got an estimate and he said he would order parts. I couldn't get a hold of him for two weeks and he completely forgot about it and didn't even seem to care. Not even an apology was offered. I'm taking my car to somewhere who actually cares about their customers.

My experience w/Al's was in 2009. I know, I'm a little late in getting this out. Anyway, someone rear ended my Jeep. I took my vehicle to Al because I heard he was good. That was an understatement. Al's is a great place. Al and his staff are very friendly. They make a bad experience better. The paint job was perfect. My vehicle looked like new again and after 2 years their work still looks great. I recently obtained a 1998 Neon in which the paint of the roof of the car has faded badly. I took it to Al to get a quote. I was pleased with his price and knowing he did great work on my Jeep I am letting him repaint the roof. I asked about the rest of the body of the vehicle and he said it was fine that it didn't need paint. He could have easily said "Sure let's pain it" to make money off of me. That's how Al rolls. He's honest, friendly and the work of his employees is excellent and he get's your vehicle back on time. What more could a customer ask for. Hope this helped :)
