If this company is a representation of Gloucester, Im embarrassed to live here. ONE DOLLAR ($1) for a SINGLE BLACK AND WHITE PHOTO COPY, ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Further, the bald foreign guy (Christopher) is incompetent. I engaged this company to make copies of court documents that I needed to file. Simple enough make two sets of copies. When I picked them up, I specifically asked this guy, Christopher, if he had double checked his work because if he had I could just go straight to the post office and overnight the copies to the court. TWICE, CHRISTOPHER ASSURED ME THAT HE HAD DOUBLE CHECKED HIS WORK AND ALL SETS WERE COMPLETE. Two days later I get a call from the court telling me that four pages of an amended complaint were missing, two pages from one of the motions and a number of pages from the exhibits were all missing from the work he assured me he double checked. He never checked anything and flat out lied about it. The court gave me 24 hours to get complete copies submitted. I had to go the following day, pay somebody else do the job I paid this business to do correctly, and take the train to Boston and then to Worcester and back. When I nicely mentioned this to Christopher he told me he didnt have time to deal with me and has been rude and disrespectful ever since. Guess its my fault he doesnt have the competence to do his job correctly and likes to lie about checking his work. I moved to Boston after being hired by the company in Philadelphia that publishes Boston Magazine to create and publish a new Gloucester regional magazine, Ill never have anything positive to say about this business.
