Each time I have brought a vehicle to J & B the amount that I have to pay at pick up is drastically higher than what was quoted up front. Each time (happened 3 times) I was told that my vehicle had "major safety issues" and the work "had to be done" To add insult to injury, I have discovered that work they claim to have done and I paid for was not done! Which has resulted in even higher repair bills. I will NEVER recommend this establishment and if you have brought your vehicle here I would strongly suggest having another mechanic inspect the work they claim to have done. They get a 0 star rating!
