The Fitness Zone is by far the best gym if you want a real body transformation. They have plenty of free weights and machines that you rarely ever have to wait. You can also switch up your workout from week to week so your body doesn't get caught in the same routine. There's an entire upstairs floor of cardio machines, a separate ab training room and cardio classes in a separate room off the gym. I can't say it enough but this is the best gym if you are serious about true weight training and a cardiovascular workout.
