My name is Mike. Went to the komputer store on saturday. I got the typical FBI virus. I had important data in the computer. I called 2 other computer stores, and they said, they have to wipe the hard drive. If they want me to save the data, it will cost $250. Then I called komputerstore and explained my problem. The guy on the phone said, they can clean the virus without effecting any files or programs for only $75. That was a no brainer. I took my computer to the store immediately. They gave me back the same day fixed. All files are present. A my programs are still there. They cleaned the virus and gave me free 1 year anti virus software also. Awesome and knowledgeable people. If you call a computer store to remove virus and they tell you they have to wipe your computer, thats not a solution.
