Walked off the job less than 1/2 way thru and with most of our money. We found several problems with our deck build, and rather than fix the issues, they walked away. Loose railings, steps built incorrectly 3x's, deck joists missing hangers, main beam cut into. Just to name a few. All safety issues. Owner was unwilling (or unable) to finish and also refused to return some of our money so that we can finish the job. Find another contractor!

I hired them to do windows and siding. A month later the alum. Capping was falling off and buckling. The soffit falling out never nailed. Shutters screwed only in 4 corners. They needed at least 6 screws. I called to repair. They wouldn't come back but thank God because when I got a contractor to take on this mess he said they never wrapped the house. When they ripped the old siding off the house it damaged the old covering. They just slapped siding over holes without repairing or even putting up a moisture barrier. The first contractor I called to repair said he didn't want anything to do with it. He said I don't want my name associated with it. If they would have come back for repairs I never would have known how bad it was. The contractor that is going to replace it said it really was the only option.
